I found the main reason PopOS is better than Ubuntu is, because it has a lot of software. The level of easiness is same as Ubuntu but even if you install theme changers it doesn't get much changed, if you want a system with eye-candy, the best distro is deepin.
PopOS is fast and snappy then Ubuntu.

Icon designs in PopOS are dated and cant be changed much.
